-Jeffrey Reid, Department Manager, Devro Inc.

  • “Bill Sims is a phenomenal leadership workshop facilitator. He brings great stories to life which creates a foundation for participants to begin changing their personal and organizational safety culture. We'll be bringing Bill back for many more Green Beans & Ice Cream initiatives!”

    -Tom Karnowski

  • “Bill is able touch both new employees and those who are very experienced (and perhaps more set in their ways). I have seen firsthand the results of even one supervisor personally adopting Bill’s Green Beans and Ice Cream methodology to improve not only the safety results in the department, but also improve output and quality performance, reduce employee turnover, and boost morale. Would definitely recommend this workshop!”
